Good morning Troy, I do apologize, I do not have a phone line I would be able to communicate with you on. The best way to speak will be through the responses to this discussion. Your channel balance appears to be either the S380-28 with a 1" shoe or the S385-28 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To confirm which of these is the right replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of the bottom shoe. There is a chance it could measure 7/8", if so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom made assembly.

Once you've confirmed the series, you'll need to select the stamp for you balance. Unfortunately, your 2790 stamp cannot be cross-referenced with our stamps. The stamp is what is used to determine the weight range the balance can carry to support the weight of a sash. That said, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash to confirm the weight range needed to support its weight. Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime. |
