Do you sell this arm?

A home owner from Minneapolis, Minnesota says:
Need replacement for this, as the pivoting arm no longer seems to attach to anything.
One straight arm says Entry Guard Truth.
The other straight arm has AMS with a four square symbol next to it.
Didn't see any other numbers. Can you help?

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement hardware you need for your repairs. Your operator appears to be the 39-032 Entry Gard Dual Arm Operator, the opposite hand is the 39-031. To confirm that these are the right fit, be sure to compare the dimensions.

These operators are compatible with the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover and use either the 39-114L Crank Handle or 39-205 Truth Folding Crank Handle. Another replacement option is the 39-107FK , which is a folding crank and cover kit.

The arm you are referring to as the "pivoting arm" is the operator link arm. This typically connects to a stud bracket installed to the bottom of your swinging sash. If this particular window is missing the stud bracket, you'll need to check the bottom of the sash to determine if there is any damage to the frame. To identify the correct replacement for your bracket, I'll need to see a photo of an existing one; you may need to search another window to obtain this photo.

I also noticed in your photos that the track that the straight arm interacts with appears to be a bit damaged, so it might be a good idea to replace this as well. Take a look at the 39-505 11-3/8" EntryGard Track to repair this.
