I can't be sure but we have another customer post that references a Weiser door knob, which you can view here. If their photos match the part that you need, see the generic handles that Dave Sr. mentioned in his response, which I'll relate on this page as well. 

If not, we would need to start by seeing photos of the original door knob to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Weiser center location door knob. Vintage knob the holes are 1 3/8s in. center to center the rod is 1/4th in.in diameter and 2 3/8s long. The house was built in 1974. i only really need the knob parts. Sam
