Double Hung Window Sash Pivot Pin

A landlord from Dayton Ohio says:

I own apartments with new windows installed in 2011. Several have broken pivot pins needing replacement. However, the manufacturer discontinued the window line and no longer has hardware for that unit.

Mine are: 2 1/4 x 1/4 x 1/8 inches. A picture of my sample is attached.

Please let me know if you feel there is something you can help me with.

Hello,

We do not carry an exact match for your pivot bar but we offer one that is close in size. The length isn't critical since the channel that the pin slides into is long. Compare your installation hole backset to see if it matches either hole in the 26-352 pivot pin shown below. Thanks for posting.
