can you pls tell me if I need another part on this drawer rail? the drawer seems to 'drag' on the wood, when I pull it out.

I've attached photos of the parts as they are currently installed in my dresser. Can you please assist with fixing this, so the drawer actually slides on the rail? currently, it just seems to 'rub'
