Dual-arm window crank - which for replacement?

A landlord from San Jose, CA says:
We're looking to replace a window crank, we have a number of windows that we'll need replacements for in the future. Which part matches what we have?

The housing is stamped "OP06-7503-26 170636 10-21-16 PL2", the body is stamped "OP06-1506", the arms are stamped "OP05-2026" or "OP06-2026" and "20". Its color is beige/cream. If we can get the right/exact match, we'll know what to order for replacement parts.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style of the 39-341 and 39-342 crank assemblies. Compare the dimensions to your original to confirm a good fit! Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
