Hello,

The hardware shown in your photos appears to be a very old style. I'm doubtful that you would be able to find exact replacements and, if so, I'm not sure who would carry them. With that being said, take a look at the pock and operators we've related on this page. I can't make any guarantees but review the dimensions shown on our product pages to see if you might be able to modify any of these parts to work for your repair. Thanks for posting.
