EntryGard truth

A home owner from Mondovi Wisconsin says:
The part that the handle goes into is broken and we would need to replace. We think this could be 11 series awning as the 12" across is close to our measurements as well as the opening of 6". This window is approximately 27 years old

Thanks for posting! Your window operator reminds me of the 39-324 12" EntryGard Awning Operator. To determine if this is the right replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions shown below.

Dimensions for 39-324
Dimensions for 39-324

If you would like to replace the cover and handle as well, I suggest using the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover and the 39-114L Crank Handle. The compatible bracket is the 39-170 Window Sash Bracket.
