Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you have either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. There is also a chance that the measurement could be 7/8", which would mean that you would need a custom order balance.

To determine which series is needed for your window. Look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. If you have either of the shoe depths below, you'll just need to select the 2730 stamp, rated to carry a 13 to 19lb window.

If you do find that you need the 7/8" shoe, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase so that I can get the order link sent over to you.

Hello Jasmine,

I think my balancer is different. The shoe only measures 3/4" with no plastic on the back side. See attached photos.

My house is a Pulte built in Michigan 1986 - if that helps.

Your bottom balance shoe looks more like the Rollyson balance top, part19-037. This is unusual to see on balances.
