Thanks for writing in. I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to recommend a replacement face guide for your windows based on the brand information. Better-bilt Windows is a pretty old brand, so I am not confident that we can supply you with a replacement, however, we'd be happy to take a look.

I'll need to see a clear photo of an undamaged face guide to confirm if there is a replacement we can recommend.
