Hello,

It looks like the part shown in your photo may be a type of keeper. If so, could you show us the lock that engages with it? That may help us research your replacement options. Thank you!

A professional from New York says:
Hi Casey,
This keeper engages with the cam on the window sash to draw it to the weather-strip as it closes. Please see new pic. It's a GU part but I'm open for a similar keeper that will accomplish the same thing. It's an older obsolete job we have.

Thank you- Ron

Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, would you be able to show us the base and handle of the lock as well? That will help us determine if we carry any replacement parts that would be compatible.

A professional from New York says:
The handle and handle base are not the issue. The internal components are not the issue. The only part I need is that keeper that you see cracked. The keeper (as pictured) is a separate component on the frame only. Hope this helps.

I understand that the keeper is the only part that you need. The issue that we have is that we do not carry an exact replacement for the part in your photo and many GU parts have been discontinued over the years.

With that being said, our closest options would be the Roto keepers that we related on this page for you to review. Take a look and see if you think that the specifications of one of these casement lock keepers could work for your repair. We can't make any guarantees but these would be worth considering.
