Glass Patio Door Roller

Hey Paul. Your roller has a bit of an unusual setup. The dimensions you cite most closely match our 81-148, but it's as if someone bent the rear tab on yours inward, whereas you can see on the 81-148 it projects straight back. We don't have anything like that I'm afraid. The 81-269 and 81-093 are also similar, but none of these options have a assembly width of 7/16" either. Take a look at the diagrams below and see if you could adapt one of these rollers to your door. Let me know what you think.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of the 81-148 roller with a 1-1/2" diameter wheel but we do offer the 81-272 roller and axle kit that measures 1-1/2" in diameter. If needed, you could replace the wheel that comes with the roller with our larger wheel. Take a look and see what you think.
