Thank you for reaching out to us. I can't use this information to ID your weatherstripping. It only relates to the glass, not the door or the parts it uses. In order to help, I would need you to remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear view of the end profile.

Our 55-209 and 55-057 come to mind but these are glazing beads, not weatherstripping. I can't promise they will work for you but review the specifications and see what you think.
