Hello,

Your balance resembles with the (3/8") S900-28 or (5/8") S600-28 spiral balance. The determining factor will be the diameter of your housing tube. You'll also need to weigh the sash that the balances support to choose the corresponding strength options shown under the balance product description.

Unforutnately, we do not carry replacement balance covers but I'd recommend checking with local hardware stores that may carry them. We apologize for the inconvenience but please let us know if you need anything else.
