Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-325 and 39-326 operators to see how they compare to your original. Are you able to show us a clearer picture of the bracket on the window sash that the operator arm attaches to?

For the hinge, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 36-090-10 hinge set that is used for Egress windows. Both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.
