Harvey windows - double hung

A home owner from Hudson, NY says:

Hello,

Looking to replace the part that I use to ensure that the window stays open. A part broke off and is stuck inside the usual opening, preventing this. Attached are pictures of each side - the good side and the bad side. My handyman suggested I send these pictures to you to order replacement parts.

Thank you,

Karen

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for reaching out to us, Karen! Our 15-208 comes to mind for the pivot shoe. The pivot bar reminds me of the 26-423. However, I recommend you remove the old parts from the window to make sure the specifications align with ours.
