Having trouble identifying my balance ends

A handy person from Pensacola, FL says:
I'm having trouble positively identifying my window balance ends.

Stamp = 3330
Channel length = 34"
Channel width = 9/16"

Top end is flat and is winged

Bottom shoe depth = 7/8
Bottom end is also winged

Based on the catalog, my best guess is: Series 371 with the 19-031 top and 15-005 bottom.

Thanks for reaching out to us! It appears your balance has the 19-037 top and 15-029 bottom fitting. This combination isn't a stock configuration of ours but we can still help via custom order. Can you tell me how many balances you're looking to order? I can draft a price quote from there.

A handy person from Pensacola, FL says:
I'm going to have to get back to you. Until last night, my assumption was that all the single hung windows in my house were the same size. Apparently my front facing and rear facing are slightly different.
A handy person from Pensacola, FL says:
I have 1 window in the house that is a different height than the rest. I don't have the original channels in this window to confirm length. I'm confident it would have had the same top and bottom fittings.

How do I measure for the correct channel length without the original window balance?

Emily from SWISCO responded:

So what you want to do is measure the visible glass height in the sash and then add 1". So if the visible glass is 15" tall then you would get a 16" long balance. We will also need you to weigh the window sash and tell us the precise weight since the balances are missing. The weight will tell us how to re-calibrate the replacements.

A handy person from Pensacola, FL says:
[Personal note: Bedroom]
Visible glass height = 27"

Window Balance length = 28"
Sash weight = 17.8 lbs.

Thanks so much for confirming that for me! What I will do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) 28" long balances and (4) 34" balances with the 19-037 top and 15-029 bottom fitting. The 28" balances will have a 2730 stamp for a sash weighing 13 to 19 pounds. The 34" balances will have the original 3330 stamp. You can use this link to place an order right on our website. Please note, the 16-002 can't be included in this link so don't forget to add the desired quantity to your cart separately!

If you have any questions just let me know!
