Help Identifying Correct Repair Part for Windows

A home owner from USA says:

Please find attached pictures of the parts that I need to replace.

The parts that I ordered were completely different from what I needed.

Home building completed October 2007 in Columbia, Tennessee

Balance Spec:

  • Tilt Windows
  • Stamp on my Balance Frame: 34B BSI TH
  • My broken balance measurements are exactly the same your S770-34 Frame Length, Width and Depth.
  • The difference is My Balance has (2) cross-rivets on the bottom in holes # 2 & # 3 (#2=Tilt Latch - #3=spring) Picture 8 Balance
  • The S770-34 has some sort of plastic insert and the bottom of the frame and only 1 cross-rivet for spring- Picture 9 Balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance appears to be a match for our Series 795. This uses the same metal channel as the Series 770, but flipped upside-down and with different fittings attached, including that T-lock pivot shoe. Those fittings are vitally important when it comes to identifying balances and have to be accounted along with stamps and measurements.
