Help identifying a part

Hi!
I am trying to locate this part. It is Entrygard / Truth and says numbers on 6D404 - another window says 6D904 so not sure if that can change?

Hello,

Your broken hinge resembles the 36-048 set as long as the 10" base matches your assembly.

If you need new operators as well, see the EntryGard 39-031 and 39-032. The determining factor would be how the length of the link arm compares to yours. We also offer the 39-107FK handle and cover kits used with these operators. Thanks for posting!
