Thanks for posting! Your balance looks like it could be the Series 377 Channel Balance with a 19-018 top guide and a 15-005 bottom shoe. Since yours is 21" you'll need the S377-21 with a 2020 stamp.

Hi Martina,

I'm happy to help. These take out clips do not function the same in the window. They also have different measurements. 

It is best to replace the clip with what is already existing in the window.
