Help with balances

A quick learner says:
I spoke to a kind rep and wanted to share the info for parts we are looking for.

I need 4 balances

They are 34" long and 1/4" thick.

I'll attach picts of the ends and the numbers stamped on them

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S795-34 Channel Balance, with a stamp option of 34C. There's a few details we need to confirm before proceeding. First, can you show us how the balance attaches to the top of the window track? That cord should have at its end either a hook or a screw clip. It's important to determine which. Second, that T-Lock Shoe looks a little unusual. I'd like a closer look at it from the front and side, removed from the window, just so we know or sure what you have. To see how to remove these balances, basically just reverse the process shown at 3:16 onward in the video below. Let me know if you have any questions.
