We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing hinges but I believe our 32-345 Wrap Around Frame Cabinet Compact Hinge or our 32-353 Edge Mount Cabinet Compact Hinge may be worth considering as a replacement. Take a look over their dimensions and design on their respective webpages in our online catalog. Our entire selection can also be viewed here.

To determine if either of these might be a fit, carefully review and compare the dimensions and design. Keep in mind, you'll likely need to make some moderate modifications to install them. You'll also need to replace both the top and bottom hinge to complete the repairs.
