Thanks for posting! The closest replacement match we have to your cam pivot is our 26-150 Cam Pivot Bar. It does not have two installation holes like yours but it still may work as a suitable replacement.

Take a look over the dimensions and carefully compare them to your existing cam pivot to determine if this could work for your repairs.
