Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't identify your operator from these photos. Can you open the window and show us a photo of the operator's arms?

I'm not too sure about the lock but I'm going to consult our senior experts to see what they think in the meantime.

Thank you for the additional photos! Your operator looks like an older version of the 39-387. I recommend you review the specifications for this part to see if they match up with your old hardware. We also sell the compatible 39-114L and 39-205 handles.

The lock isn't something I'm too sure about but the 38-144 and 38-097/38-098 come to mind. I can't promise either will work but take a look at the specifications and see what you think. Note that you will also need new keepers for the locks. The 38-144 uses the 38-276 and the 38-277. The 38-097 and 38-098 locks use the 38-079
