Hurd casement window operator replacement

A home owner from Boulder, CO says:
I need to replace the operator of a nominal 24x40 Hurd casement window purchased in 1988.

The existing (bent beyond repair) operator is marked "Wright" and 07702-00.

Where can I find a suitable replacement?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

We can't be positive without seeing your entire operator assembly but we have come across Wright operators with the same code stamped on it in the past. See another customer post here and, if your operator specifications are the same, see the 39-027E and 39-028E that our senior expert mentioned in his recommended. The determining factor would be how the specifications compare to yours, paying close attention to the 9-1/2" arm length. Thank you!
