Hey there, thanks for writing in! Your casement operator looks a lot like our 39-253LB and its opposite handed version, part 39-253RB. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to your existing operator to confirm that this is the replacement you'll need. You may need to remove the part from the window to confirm.

The compatible handles sets are parts 39-375 and 39-376, which are folding handles and covers as well as parts 39-451 and 39-452, which are non-folding. I've linked a few other pieces of hardware such as the track slider, the track, the brackets and one compatible screw that you could possibly use in the installation.
