windows in a Condo needs new shoes

A contractor from Mount Clemens, MI USA says:
I have 8 of the 12 windows in a Condo rehab that needs new shoes - springs appear to be fine. Three quick questions:

1. Can I buy just the shoes or do I need to buy them loaded with the springs?
2. What are the related part numbers so I know what to order.
3. Am I correct that the shoes can be reloaded with the springs as either a right or Left shoe?

Hello,

Your pivot shoe looks like a match to the 15-180, which uses the S190 coil springs that are sold separately. There should be numbers stamped at the end of the coil spring that you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options. The coil spring clip would be the 15-186 that is used with the 15-182 bushing. Note that these parts are non-handed and can install on the left or right side of the window. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
