I have an anilin window that will not go up and down

A home owner from Santa Clara, Ca says:
it seems that the lower connection for the window, the one that stays in the window frame has broken off on both sides, The window is 28.5 inches wide and 42.5 inches long. Do you have replacements for both sides?

Thanks for reaching out to us! This reminds me of the Series 140 balance assembly—specifically, the S140-7 based on the stamps. Please take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

Let us know if you have any questions!
