Thanks for reaching out! I cannot guarantee that we have a replacement that would work for you but I recommend taking a look at our snap-on hole covers (33-250 and 67-019) or our Snap-Caps/Push-Screw Caps which come in packs (33-251 and 67-017).

Look over them and see if they might work as a replacement for you.
