Thanks for writing in! Your pivot bar looks like it could be the 26-375 Better Bilt pivot bar, used along with the 26-016 3/16" x 1-1/4" Spring. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully compare the dimensions and design shown below. The spring is sold separately from the pivot bar.
