This is a single-hung balance tube from INSULATE WINDOW, imported and delivered in 2002-2004. Is there any product that can be used for this??We will need 10 tubes. Please confirm.

It appears your balance is a match for either the S380-23 or S385-23 channel balance with the 2230 strength option. You will have to measure the bottom fitting as shown below to determine the proper Series for your repair.
