Thanks for posting! The balances you are looking to replace will need to be a custom-made assembly. They have a 19-041 New Security, Channel Balance Top. The balance shoe looks like it could be the 15-004, although, you'll need to confirm if the depth of the shoe is 1-3/32". See the diagram below for reference.

I'll also need to know the stamp from the metal channel of the balance, to get the order link made up for you. This stamp is used to determine the weight range your balances should be able to carry to support the weight of the sash.

If your balance does not have a stamp, or they are hard to read, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

I believe the 19-041 and the 15-004 are correct. However, my 15-004 is worn flat. It measures 1" but I think it was originally wider. I own a machine shop ans I have a technical background so I feel pretty confident it is correct. The part number appears to be 1616DS. There is a symbol that has a K then some character I can't make out.

Hope all this helps.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for confirming this information. If the shoe is closer to 1", it is likely you have the 15-005 Winged Channel Balance Shoe.

In regard to the stamp, unfortunately, I am unable to cross-reference the stamp you have with the stamps from our balances. I'll need to know the exact weight of your sash to confirm the right stamp for your custom assembly.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
