Identify Window channel Balance

A quick learner from Florida says:
Hi, I'm looking to find complete replacements for both window channel balances on a window. The only markings I see on them are 1720 on one and 1740 on the other. TIA

Based on your photos, you have either our S390-18 or S351-18. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.
