A quick learner says:

No manufacturers ID or numbers. If can't id what can we substitute? Is double hung windows, each sash weighs about 20lbs.

Hello,

From what I can make out, it looks like you may have the 15-159 Malta pivot shoe shown below. If so, we would need to see an intact version of the channel balance that it attaches to removed from the jamb liner to compare to our inventory.

I can't be sure based on your photos but this shoe is also sometimes used with naked spring jamb liner balances. If that is the case, unfortunately, we would not be able to provide replacement parts for your assembly aside from the pivot shoe but the window manufacturer or a local millwork may be able to help. Also, please note that we do not carry jamb liners in general, only replacement balances such as the types shown here. Thank you.
