Hi. Here a a photo of a right certainteed internal latch that I cannot find anywhere. It is 3 1/2" long by about 11/16"can you please help me find this. Also can you help me identify the pivot arm part and new fasteners to attach them to the same windows. Than you so much! Eric

Hello, Take a look at our 26-317 CertainTeed tilt latch pair and see how the dimensions compare to yours. As for your pivot bars, take a look at the newer style 26-175. I believe that this may work in place of yours if it has a metal center. Do you think you can get this to work? You may also want to consider our 26-353. Compare the dimensions to an undamaged pivot bar removed from the sash to determine your best replacement option. Thank you! |

Unfortunately, the new style 26-317 CertainTeed latches are the closest replacement option that we have for your tilt latches. The good news is that we can still offer a solution. Take a look at our video below that will walk you through the process of replacing your current latches with one of our surface mounted alternatives. Thank you! |

Unfortunately, a surface mounted latch is the only other alternative that we can provide. If neither of these options will work for you, you may want to try contacting CertainTeed directly to discuss your options further. I'm sorry that we can't offer an exact replacement for your tilt latches but we wish you the best of luck with your repair. |
