Thanks for posting. Based on the spread of the mounting holes on the the top and bottom tabs of the operator, I've listed a set of potential replacements on this page. However you'll need to remove the operator and compare all the specs listed with these replacements, including the style of the link arm, to see if any of these match what you need. Let me know what you find.
