Thanks for the images. I am afraid your balance is not repairable. Luckily, we can help you locate a replacement. We would need for you to send us some additional photos of one of the balances removed from the window. Preferably, we'd like to see one that is as undamaged as possible. You will also need to include the length measurement of the balance and any stampings/markings you may happen to see on the balance.

Could you measure the diameter of the white outer tube? If it's 3/8", I'd say you have our Series 900 spiral balance. If it's 5/8", I'd recommend our Series 600 spiral balance.
