Kinco windows part : did I order the right product?

Hello! I see you ordered our 18-044, but I don't think this is the right part. Ultimately it's going to come down to precise size, but I can't really make out your dimensions from just a photo of a tape measure. These pieces have a lot of different size points and they're all pretty important. You will need to measure your top sash guide as carefully as you can and compare it to the dimensions we list, one by one, and see how well it matches.

That said, based on design alone I think yours might be closer to our 18-166. You can review its dimensions below.
