Hi, I am trying to find a replacement part for my casement windows. I have attached some photos and also uploaded a video to my Google Drive:

Hello!

We appreciate you reaching out to us. Your operator reminds me of an older version of the 39-013, 39-254E, or 39-027E. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware.

As for the hinge, we recommend you start by taking a look at the 36-048. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

The items recommended above either seem to be too small (9.5 inches) or too big (13.5 inches). From the tip of the arm to the middle is about 11 to 11.5 inches. Any recommendations?

We have come across this operator with an 11-1/2" arm in the past but we don't believe it is still available. My suggestion would be to use the shorter operator arm which would be the 39-027E and the 39-028E. I'm not sure you could use the 39-013 operator with the 13-1/2"  long arm. You would have to see if your window is wide enough to accept it. Taking another look at your hinge, I wonder if the 36-004-10 might be a better fit. Review the specifications for these parts and see what you think.
