A contractor from Fort Wayne, Indiana says:
I have truth windows I am fixing for a client. I believe the part on the picture is broken off from the original part located inside the casement window. However the part that I found on your website looks to be larger than the one I submitted.

I can't be sure without seeing the entire assembly but your photo does remind me of part of the 38-205 escutcheon style-lock. It's tough to make out exact dimensions from photos but it does look like your part may be a bit shorter. We'd be happy to look into this for you to determine if a closer match may be available but We would need to start by seeing the rest of your lock assembly removed from the window. Please also write out your exact dimensions compared to the image from our product page below. Thank you!
