We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing hinges but our 32-346 Bi-Fold Cabinet Door Hinge Set or our 32-349 Soft Close Concealed Hinge Set may be worth considering as a replacement. Since they are not exact replacements, you may need to make some modifications to install them.

Take a look over their dimensions and design to see if either of these could work for your repairs.
