Not sure which hinge it is. Kawneer commercial double door.

The pivot shown in your photos resembles the 79-123 used on Kawneer commercial doors. You mentioned that you have double doors, so you might also need the 79-124 for the opposite side. Review the pivots related on this page, along with the installation videos, to see if the pivots match up to yours. Thanks for posting!
