Looking for proper match for two awning window openers

A quick learner says:

Hello my name is Dennis I'm looking for a proper match for two awning window openers. I believe they are right-handed and I did see a number on the bottom when I took it out and that number is

40754 and I also seen a number 14 located on the bottom in a slightly different area and I believe the color is white. Please get back to me with some information as soon as you can I would really appreciate it and so would my customer LOL

The opener really works okay the problem is the nylon roller snaps out of the track when you open and close the window. So it does look maybe like the roller is worn down a bit I guess what do you think? We're having the issue with two windows at the same property house

  Thank you for your help!

Hey there, thanks for writing in! Your casement operator looks similar to our 39-032 and the opposite handed version, 39-031. The only difference is that our operator link arm has a downward offset, whereas yours has an upward offset. This shouldn't provide you any issues but you may need to slightly bend the link arm so that it will fit into place. Look over the dimensions below to see if they might be a fit.

Dimensions for 39-032
Dimensions for 39-032

These operators are compatible with the 39-107 operator cover along with the 39-114L (non-folding) and 39-205 (folding) crank handles. There is also the option to purchase the folding handle and cover kit, part 39-107FK.

There is a chance you may also need to considering installing a different bracket, given that yours clips at the top. However, the only way you'll be able to confirm if you would need them, would be to attempt to install the operators using the original brackets.

It is difficult to tell from the photos if the wheel is popping out of the track because the track is damaged or if it is because the wheel is damaged. It could likely be a combination of both. So, you may need to consider replacing the track as well. The track compatible with the 39-031 and 39-032 is part 39-505.

Look over these parts and let me know if you have any questions.
