Looking for replacement convex roller assembly

I realize photos are poor. I have not yet removed the door from the track. It is a convex roller with tabs on the top that fit through slots in the door frame(photo 3). The tabs are approx 1"apart and the roller assembly is only approx 1.125-1.25" tall. Roller is nylon and convex.

Any help is appreciated.

It's tough to get a good look at your roller from these photos, since so much of the design is obscured. I do see that it connects to the frame using two hooks at the top of the housing; the only product we sell like that is our 81-125. This may be an option worth considering, but it has concave wheels, not convex. This is because it's meant to work on a patio door rather than on a closet.

The 81-125 may still work, but it would depend on two important factors:

  • Whether you'd be able to reuse the original wheel on the new housing
  • Assuming the housing is the same size and design as the 81-125 to begin with

Your next step should be to remove the roller from the door and see how well it compares to our part. If they match, you should then check to see if you would be able to install the old wheel on the new assembly.
