Looking for replacement mortise

Looking for replacement. Lever on the inside is bent. Latch gets stuck. Faceplate measures 9 9/16". Backset is 1 3/8". Not real familiar with these Locksets. Let me know what you need from me. Appreciate any help. Thank you.

Our closest match to your mortise lock would be the 40-194. Unfortunately, the backset is not as large as yours, which would be a dealbreaker. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
