Thanks for posting! We cannot supply you with an exact match for your top sash guide but our 18-161 should work fine as a replacement. Yours has a solid face in comparison to ours, which has a hollow face. However that should not cause any issues with the function of your hardware.

Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing top sash guide to determine if this is the right replacement.
