Looking to replace these window channel balancers

A handy person from Concord, nc says:
I was hoping you could help me identify the parts I would need to fix my windows. I have included some pics to see what I am
Dealing with. They at 34" long. Not sure how they fit together as all the windows seem to be broke.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I believe we may be able to help with this but we will need more information to ID exactly what you have here. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window along with any attachments? We would also like to see the clip at the end of the pulley cord.

I was able to take some more pictures. Let me know if this helps. It seems at the top they are secured with a screw.

Great, thank you! Based on what I see here, it looks like you have the Series 770 channel balance. However, the stamp printed on the metal channel doesn't match any of our listed strength options. You will have to weigh the window sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the S770-34's product description to determine the appropriate option. 

You can reuse your old pivot shoe if it's in good shape. If you needed a new one, we would need to see a photo of it removed from the window along with the written-out thickness and width dimensions.
