Lost hardware for double sliding door

A home owner from North Carolina says:
We had this double sliding door installed and our contractor lost the hardware
It looks like there is only one latching mechanism on one side, but both sides have holes drilled out.
Can you tell which hardware will work and get the door to lock and close tight?
Right now there is a gap.

Thanks for posting. The mortise lock looks like the 82-218, which works with a variety of keepers, including the 89-020 and 89-021. This mortise lock type works with handle sets that have 3-15/16" hole spacing. See our 82-030 for such an example. I am afraid we do not sell 'dummy' handle sets, i.e., handle sets that you would attach to the door that has no mortise lock in it. I suppose you could retrofit an 82-030 to do this job. Take a look at these parts and let us know what you think.
