Marvin Casemaster Awning Window handle and cover

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately, the handle can't be repaired once it breaks off of this style of operator. You would need a new operator assembly. We offer three similar models, the 39-037 , 39-069 , and 39-070 , depending on the size of the arms that move the sash.

If the old handle broke off in the locked position, that will make the repair process more difficult since there is no trick to unlocking it. You will just have to try your best to get it open or consider enlisting the help of a local professional.
