Mechanism stripped out

A quick learner from Sterling, CO says:
Since the mechanism isn't cranking window in and out anymore, I am assuming I need the gear assembly. Or what is best for longevity.

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out! Your casement operator reminds me of the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. The opposite handed version is part 39-031. I am confident that this should work well as a replacement for your existing operator; although, you should make note that the link arm on our operator has a downward offset, whereas, yours has an upward offset.

There is a chance that the replacement will work without modification, however in the event that it does need to be modified, there is a (relatively) easy fix.

Carefully review and compare the dimensions below to determine if this is the right replacement.

The compatible cover is the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover and the handle is the, updated, 39-114L. There is also the 39-107FK Truth Folding Handle and Cover Kit. You may also need the 39-505 11-3/8" EntryGard Track.

The bracket connecting the link arm to the sash is the 39-517; the opposite handed version is the 39-516.
